Bass Coast Support Work Services is not a crisis service.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis where there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else, please call 000, your local CATT (if located in Victoria, see below for the specific phone number for your area), or go directly to your nearest emergency department.

If there is no immediate risk of harm but you feel like you are not coping and you need immediate support, you are not alone. There are many support services available, listed below:
